Alright well originally I didnt build my computer because I got it as a gift, a certified tech built it. However the wiring on the inside is crap I think, and it's killing my airflow. Here's pictures:

Here's my main airflow problem, the wires here are blocking the fans almost completely:

The case is a thermaltake x3 case, with temp readouts, I noticed that there is a wire from the temp monitor on the case to somewhere under the cpu, where is it do you think? And could it be giving inaccurate readouts or dampering the heatsink effect on the cpu.

The case also has fan controls, i dont know how they work but i assume it changes the current or something in the wires leading to the fans so that they go slower if you put them to low. I'm thinking of scrapping the fan controls completely because it just seems to be more wires in the way, plus I only want them to be on high ever anyways. What should I do about the mass of cords going through that one area and blocking the fans?

Should I just start from scratch, unplug everything and redo the wiring completely?

The idea is to get most air to the video card since im getting a new one soon and want to be able to OC it well.

not only the wires are messing up air flow but it's also dirty inside. i can see thick dusts and hairs which also leads to airflow problems
