ok i have a hp f1703 lc monitor, this monitor will turn on and then it loses monitor picture. if i cut it off and back on about 2 seconds later no pictur again. which i belive shows signs the bulb is good. and the inverter is bad, is this correct or am i wrong. i know very little about lcd monitors.
