Random Restarts

Whats up Guys I just got a new PSU.."See Sig" with my old psu i was getting restarts.. and i still am?

so i know its my ram because when i run memtest i get errors somtimes quick somtimes not..

The longest i ran memtest for was 11min at 3-4-4-8 timings.. someone please help setup my ram for my bios...

i just got everything i wanted for my comp and i am having problems PLEASE help..

my FSB is at 218 right now...

i just need settings for my ram so i can stop these random restarts in games

How is your cpu temp.... sometimes the bios's will dump and restart when the cpu "read" to high of a temp. disable that setting in your bios and see if it still restarts

Ok I ran mem test for all night with no errors at 3-3-3-8 RAM VOLT at 2.6 so thats ok my temps are about 39c-50c load i will do what u told me to...

any other suggestions are ideas?
