back to bios

i stopped my pc from halting at bios.. but now i wanna go back to bios and check something out. the screen that says press del to enter setup goes by too fast.. does anyone know how i can access bios again?

also.. do you know any really accurate programs that can monitor the health status of my pc (Temperatures, Voltages, etc)?

when u turn on your pc, press del rite away and keep pressing until u get into the bios
