Blue Screen (Fatal error) how to recover files

While I was accessing safe mode I have received this message (before the login):

Your system has no paging file, or the paging file is too small.

1- Right-click My Computer, click Properties, and then click the Advanced tab.

2- Click on the "Performance Options" button, and then click on the "Change" button. Under
Drive [Volume Label], select the drive you want.

3- To create a new paging file, click the Initial Size (MB) box, and then type a larger pagine file size.

When you have finished, click "Set", and then click OK.

Then after login another message:

Code:
Your system is low in virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file.

During the process, memory requested for some applications may be denied. For more information, see help
 
No I did not do,,,but I was wondring if this is the source of my problem with normal bootup ?
 
wether it is or not, you need to do it, this is part of trouble shooting. this will be one less error you receive
