Any body knows were I can find this, Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition?

Hello.
I just got a question I got Windows XP Home Edition.I will be starting college soon and I will need:

Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft PowerPoint

Is there like a free upgrade I can get or do I need to buy Office 2003 Student and Teacher Edition? Any help will be really appreciated. Thank you

P.S.
Also my Outlook Express don't have a spellchecker how do i go about getting one?
