EBAY & PAYPAL or a legit online retailer is the only place I'd shop online. They are legit and very tracible. And you are protected.

Some random person who wants you to transfer money to his bank account, are you serious? That requires you to provide all of your bank account information such as (Router Number, ACCOUNT NUMBERS, personal information. For all you know it could be a phony account, where they either take the money and run or gather your information and screw you royally...

I'm still confused about what you need from malasia, but I would definitely say that paypal is safer. And yes, it's international. They convert currancy and stuff.
