Computer Crashing

Hi, I'm new to the forum so I would just like to say hi and ask a question. My computer keeps crashing and rebooting, I first thought that it was just Need for Speed Most Wanted, which apprently has a bug that if you have a USB PS2 pad/converter plugged in it keeps crashing to the desktop but today it crashed and rebooted just after downloading a patch for said game. When my machine reboots I get the following error message -

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;Q315335 You may have a faulty mem. stick. Start of by booting up your puter with only one of th 512mb sticks installed and run al four that way. If they are al functional at boot run memtest86: http://www.memtest86.com/

Thanks for the response. I tried each memory module and they all work. The memtest86 program is way above my head so I'll have to leave alone. If you or anyone else has any ideas I'd love to hear them. Thanks again.
