.DLL File Not Found?

When I start up my computer the 1st message that pops up says that it cant find explorer.exe and that I need to reinstall windows, then it says that a required .dll file could not be found -- c://window\system\shiwapi.dll - Can anyone help please?

Did this ever run this Windows install ?
I have Wme and no sign of shiwapi.dll.
You are on a diff computer i presume ?

I searched on Google for shiwapi.dll and all I got was an alternate spelling option. Are you sure its SHIWAPI.DLL and not SHLWAPI.DLL? You can download SHLWAPI.DLL from here (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?shlwapi)

Thanks for correcting it for me, It is with a L not an I. Thank you for the link..
