I have Moniter/Speakers/Keyboard/Mouse, i kinda ran out of money so i had to go lower on the video card, but i don't mind not running games on max settings.

Why just a CDROM? I'd at least get a CD burner. They are really cheap anymore. Even a decent DVD burner can be had for less than $40.

Maxtor? In case you haven't heard, Maxtor is not know for reliability. Seagate has a five year warranty, Western Digital has a three.

400W ain't bad for this system, but is it a decent CPU? Most CPUs that come with a case are cheaper made than the case they came with. Be cautious.

The rest looks great as long as your not a hardcore gamer.

atleast get a 6600gt they are only 119 after rebates on new egg and dont get a xfx card get evga or leadtek or gigabyte or bfg or msi all are good cards
