xbox to Pc

hey I need help to network my Xbox with my PC do i just need an RJ-45 Network cable that I can get from radio Shack or something and just Plug it into 1 out of the 4 available Ports On my Linksys wireless router? and Will I need to set up my Xbox with a modChip or anything to share My HDD

don't bother it will not share a network by defualt as it isn't supported. They may be programs to get inside the harddrive but I know of none nor their legality.

If you are just trying to play online your setup will work fine.
