DDR266 compatable?

Hey.

I think I'm going to buy all my new parts from Newegg instead of eBay (apparently, that's a big no-no).

But most of the new motherboards there have a DDR standard of 400. Will my DDR266 ram work in it? I've got pretty high quality Kingston RAM I paid a nice bit for the past summer, and I don't want to have to get rid of it.


Another thing, is buying from Newegg the best choice for someone living in Canada?

1) DDR266 will work, if its 184 pin, but all of your ram will be runnign iat the slowest and DDR266 is pretty slow.

2) newegg doesnt ship to canada you shuold buy from www.ncix.com
