Run spyware/virus scans.

Spyware: Adaware, Spybot, Spy Sweeper
Virus: Housecall.trendmicro.com or your favorite one

Run Hijackthis and post it in the virus/malware section on here.

It depends on what it is. Some stuff requires a re-format (or endless hours of work in your registry). It depends on what it is.

I really dont think its virus/hacks because where i got the clients was a good community that didnt support any of that and i probly would of detected atleast 1.

I think its that traces of the client is still on my machine and was wondering if steam would pick that up and disable my account
