The Asus AN832-SLI Deluxe is currently the best socket 939 motherboard. IMO.

No, but I have read about it from people that do have it, and I know it's features. It has silent copper heatpipe cooling for the chipset, it has dual PCI express x16 lanes, all other SLI motherboards use x8 when you put two cards in SLI. It also supports up to 4v for the DRAM, which is what makes the DFI boards so good. Read about it from people who have it here:

yea but im gettin an AMD X2 4400 and theres problems with Overclocking it. is this true? and will my G.skill work well in the ASUS?
