Hey i need some help because im paranoid about spending money and then somthing happening to my comp parts.
-So, what is a good way to groud myself
-and wat is a good case around 350-380 W supply?
-and also, i would like to send my part list for neone who's interested in helping me

Nice.............The parts combo you have looks good. I would up your memory to at least 512Mb though. OS' s like XP will take up 128Mb's just running, so spend a little extra money here. For a case I would recommend going to a website called dealsonic. They have very good prices here, and I beleive you will find something that you will like here. As far as power supplies, DO NOT skimp here on a cheap power supply, the term "You get what you pay for" never was more important than here, so again spend the extra dollers for a high quailty power supply, and buy a power supply from a major manufacture. As for wattage, go with a 400 watt power supply, this will allow you the freedom of not having to worry about any add on's you might want to add later to your system. As far as properly grounding yourself. Just make sure you are away from carpet, and wear thin clothing, no "sweaters".

hey guys i found sum good cases( maybe) at deal sonic. The cases have subsantial cooling options and the lights. I have never been a fan of the lights because i think they are there to cover up the bad quality of the case (but these seem pretty good)

Today when putting in ram, I grounded myself by linking a few metal necklaces of mine together. One around my wrist, the other around an open add-on slot on the back of the case.

The guy tried to sell me a wrist strap for 7 dollars, I think I will go with improvisation when its a string of metal we're talking about.
