Okay, for starters I'm not an expert in mobo's, but for around that price you can get a dfi ut lanparty board or an msi k8n board, which I've heard to be better and have better customer service.
Secondly, the video card is a nono if you haven't already bought it. Yes, it's a great card, but the nono is that the 6800GS performs almost neck on neck with it and is only 200$. If you already have the 6800Gt though, no sweat it's still a great card.
The case looks fair enough, I'd maybe buy another fan or two, and not use the included psu.
Ram - Corsair 1Gig ValueSelect. Good ram, good warranty.
Psu - Fortron Source 450W

Get a eVga 6800GS instead.

The case does not provide enouph airflow.

Get the 6800GS and get 2x1GB of ram, the 6800GS is nearly the same perfromance for $60 less, and can easily overclock past a 6800GT speeds.
