Omega Radeon Drivers

I've downloaded the Radeon Omega Driver 2.6.87 and can't figure out how to get it to install. I extracted the files to my desktop but don't see any setup or any .exe files. Theres on .dat file named index and four empty folders in the Content .IE5 folder that I extracted. I'm lost on this one.

Go to device manager and install it manually. Point it to your desktop when it asks for the driver.
