Hi
I just formatted and i'm getting 3 conflicts


other PCI device
PCI MEMORY CONTROLLER
SM BUS CONTROLLER


the DELL driver CD dosen't seem to have the drivers.


what can I do?

You could try the Dell website, and just do a search for the model of computer you have.

The disk may have the drivers buried a few folders deep in that case its a searching game.Other PCI device can be anything from a modem to a sound card to a network card.See what is installed in device manager. If it shows your sound card and network card its probably your Modem. The dell website is a good idea also if there any good at tec support. If nothing else go to drivers guide.
