fan noise

my comp makes to much noise espacially when i play,but even if i dont some times still make noise(like fan noise)
it is sony pcv-rs720g pentium(R)4cpu3.00ghz 504mb of ram
and i did not get the graphic card yet is that why so much noise?
do you think i should get new fan?how do iknow if it will fit?
should i go to comp usa and ask there?

6800GS or 6800gt?
some say gs some gt not sure what to plan for

well, sounds like you just have loud fans... the best way to fix that is to install a fan controller, get new fans, or order quieter fans. A lack of a video card doesn't make more noise... I'm not sure where you got that...

well...open up ur case...unplug ur case fan...turn on ur machine...if it's still noisy, it could be ur cpu hsf
