Get an Opteron 165 and an eVGA 7800GT CO.

but xfx is clocked higher 485 (to normal 425)

XFX is a brand with a terrible repuation. A few measley mhz aren't going to make a difference. In fact, you can clock whatever other card to the same speeds if you want... It's not a big deal.

I'd definately go with the 3700+. The price is right, great for overclocking.
