how does one go about using it correctly?

It gives you detaled info on your running processes and rates them as good or bad, Its a nice program but you can go to www.processlibrary.com and it will give you the same info. Thats waht I use

if i want to know what legal process are running on my PC and which of those hog my system resources will this site help me?
