Best Build for $500?

I'm curious as to what kind of PC build I could get out of 500$ because my brother needs one...he plays WoW, and chats online that's it. Any ideas?
EDIT: I know wrong place, thought it was in building/buying. Sorry.

Do a TF Search. There is another thread about a $400 PC. Use that build and upgrade to a $100 more videocard.

Mobo- Chaintech VNF4 939 Mobo- $70
Ram- Signature Line 1GB PC3200 (512x2)- $76
Hard Drive- WD 80GB SATA- $60
DVD Burner- NEC Dual Layer Drive- $50
Video Card- eVGA 6600 GT- $130 not including $20 mail in rebate
Power Suppy- Rosewill RP500- $55

Total- $580 with shipping and tax

Even though it's over your budget, I think you'd be happy with this system.
If you want to save some money:
lower ram to 512mb
cheaper cpu
cheaper video card
no dvd burner

I smell a move. This thread shouldn't be here long. Why is it in the overclocking and case mod forum? I mean, not only is this the wrong forum, but the other ones are clearly labled BUILDING and come BEFORE this one.
