problem with screenshots

Hello,

I am having trouble with Desktop Detective 2000.

I have it set to automatically screen shot every 30 seconds, in colour,
but it always comes out it in grayscale, and the quality is really bad, even though the "preview" shot is crystal clear.

Does anyone have any help available?!?!?!?!

have you searched thru all of the options? What program are you opening it up with?

Hey Warez Monster,

yes I have gone through all the options, nothing to change, all looks right.

dd2000 opens as a program, and I have disabled the "auto-start when Windows starts" feature.

Anything else i can try??

I thought that maybe it opened in word or something which also has the grayscale feature.....
