If you wanted to save some money:

Cheaper Case
AMD64 X2 3800+
Think about getting 2GBs of ram (new standard)
eVGA mobo comes free with 7800 GT (the $360 7800 GT, MonarchComputer)
Buy the upgrade OS, hella cheaper
Make sure you get a nice PSU because its one of the more important parts in your system
