Yes it is a good mobo though it doesn't fit my needs but it should be fine if your not running a 64 bit/duel core Processor.
 
Their actually made by foxconn, in my experince are terrible and unreliable.

Also looking at online reviews of that mobo theirs alot of issues. However it was free for you :)
 
do you think i should replace it asap? if i get the pc up and running..and then in like 3 months i wanna get a new mobo, will it be hard to change? as long as the new board i get will work with my components, is it as easy as taking the old out and putting the new one in?
 
tyler, it does in fact work with dual core AND 64 bit processors seeing as all AMDs are 32/64 variable processing AND you can run windows x64 on it, i don't know about who manufacture's it but my experience so far with eVGA has been great and even if the board sucks they will help you in any way they can to fix it.
 
everyone has there own opinion. evga is a great brand to deal with and have good products, i say try it out for yourself before you go and by a new one.
