Final Product.. suggestions?

I was aiming for around $800-900. But with tax and shipping this is gonna suck
I'm pretty sure everything is compatible Any suggestions... I'm not an OCer.. Any ways to make it quieter, cheaper, etc.? Will cooling be an issue? I would rather save than spend more though.
Total = $933.
If I need to go cheaper I could get a 3200+ .. or maybe go lighter on the PSU and case? What would you do?

No that mobo does not support SATA2 at 3GB/S.

I considered that case, but I have been warned that Thermaltake can be pretty noisy... I'm not sure, but I want a QUIET and COOL TEMP case. Any suggestions?

Its 480W, vs the original 550W I was going to buy. I could save money by getting the 480W. Do you think 550W is overkill for this system or should I still with it?
