do you have a third party firewall blocking installashield internet access?

I am running trand micro systems, but the firewall is allowing musicmatch through.

when you run mm it usually ask to let 3-4 processes through to the net. one is installashield. now you may have disable that from accessing the net when you install another program and it didn't bother anything, but it will bother stuff with mm. I disable it from the net on my nvidia nvtv card because after a few installs it won't let me activate the product, but I enable it when I'm installing mm
