I downloaded it then installed it and it still runs the way it did...the letter are all messed up...

I'm russian and it's easier for me to read it... so that's why the os is english but the launguage is russian... in this case(and a few others the language get messed up...

How do i resolve this?

I gotcha now. You have some fonts and other files missing. You need to get a new copy

i thought you put like an encoding on windows which encodes russian font, and then sometimes when i do this for another language other english pages would be like AaaOIAFUIWP$T so why dont you put it into english
