Not only is it the fastest clocked 7800GT currently made, but it has a special lifetime warranty where eVGA will replace it for anything short of physical damage. If you kill or damage it by overclocking, you can have it replaced for free, as many times as you want. It also has a copper cooler. Also, your memory is 240-pin but the motherboard only supports 184.
 
The motherboard and cpu are great. The ram is also good if your not going to overclock. If you want to oc, then go with some more expensive ram like ocz, g. skill and others.
 
3700 sandiego core 939 amd is sufficent or should i dish in a few more bucks and get something else
