What do you think? This is obviously geared towards gaming. I have a few concerns:

I might not buy the raptor if it is not worth it. I'm planning on installing Windows and several games on it such as World of Warcraft. Would the rate in which models and data first pulled from the harddrive load faster in WoW if the HD is faster?

Also, Does the case look alright? Will 2 120mm fans be alright to cool this?

I still need to select a power supply. I'm not sure which one would be enough to power my computer.

This is about a $1,500 computer with everything so I don't plan on spending any more money on it for awhile.

Anyways, please take a quick look. I'll be grateful for any suggestions.

That is a very nice motherboard (I have the Ultra model; do you plan on getting a second vid card in the future?) and your CPU is great. As for your PSU pick a good one! I personally wouldn't go any less than 500W and since it is for gaming the PSU should have a total of 30A on the 12v rails. Enermax, Fortran, Antec make good PSUs.

I can't answer you about raptor drives. I use SATA hds.

I believe your cooling should be sufficent as long as your not overclocking which is indicated by your choice of value select RAM. This build of yours looks very nice.

Don't forget windows or arctic silver thermal compound if needed. Other than that, looks good. Though the motherboard is questionable, you can get a DFI board for that price.

would definately get 2 gig of ram. I'm running the antec tpII 550w and it has plenty of power to spare as far as raptors cant help ya there running sataII drive and windows boots after only 3 bars on the loading screen how much quicker does it need to be?
