Which cable to use for File Transfer Wizard

I have two computers and wanted to transfer the files off the old computer to the new computer with the XP File and Setting Transfer Wizard, just wanted to know what kinda cable i need. Would a regular network cat5 cable do the job or do i need another ?

crossover cable.....or setup a network and transfer like that
