I believe larger drives has a lower defined seek time than smaller drives...or at least that is the case when comparing the 74GB to the 36GB drives

That said, a RAID 0 should in theory cut the seek time of the drives in half although of course this usually isn't true...I'd have to go out on a limb and say the RAID 0 would for the most part be faster but I honestly don't know for a fact
 
one 146gb drive should be faster


but if you had one 146gb drive and two 146gb drives, the two 146gb drives should be faster..
