I was installing RAM into the computer and when I had turn everything off I think I might have shot the psu. Well when I installed the new RAM when I turned on the computer it gave me a high pitched repeated sequence of beeps. So I thought the RAM must not be installed correctly. When I reseated the RAM the power wouldnt even come on. Does this = the power supply being shot?

check all of your power connections, the ATX 20/24 pin, and the 4 pin above that. Make sure your ram is in the 2 & 4 slots if your running dual channel. Also, check the voltages on the RAM if you can boot up. The stock ram setting for that motherboard is 2.6V and that ram may be a little more.
