raid question

ok i have been told that you cant have 2 hard drives together in raid 0 and 1 other drive not in raid

i want to have 1 320gb drive for storage and 2 other 74gb drives both linked in raid 0

will it work>? any help is much appreciated

i think u ned to have same size same brand but i dont shit about raid. i think is too risky and it is useful when u have 250-500gb hd now.

Yes you can numerous drives in a RAID array while still having seperate independant drives

You can raid the 2 74s together. yes you can mix the brand. and no you dont need two different sizes. But not haveing the same sizes is stupid because youll loose the space on the larger hard drive.
