no offense, basically if you start out with a board where you can't overclock, the new bios version won't have it, check your boards manual, if you don't have it, check online. Installing a new bios, just use any bios flashing program, i used the one from asus =), start your computer up with the flashing program on a floppy disk as well as the bios on the floppy, and run the flashing program, so on and so fourth. In my personal opinion, I really just think you're going to flash it wrong or mess up, and kill the mobo =/
