TV TUNER card problem

hello everybody,
i just borrowed a tv tuner card from my cousin he doesn't have the packaging so i don't know which tv card it is but windows detected it to be SAA7130 TV CARD i have nero 7 so i thought i could configure it through nero home but when i select the country to india i get the message cannot setup.

it also has software cd and comes with intervideo windvr even there it is the same problem when i select the country to india it just crashes(the software).

please help me.

Your tv tuner card comes with nero 7? Thats sounds strange to me. What are you trying to configure nero for with your tv tuner card?

Does the card work? Have you installed drivers for it?

I assume you are in india, which is why you are selecting it, but have you tried a different country?

it works with some countries like USA,pakistan but it doesn't work with india in intervideo and nero.
And no i my card didn't come with nero it tried configuring it with nero home software.
