Possible NIC Problem?

I have a DFI LanParty UT nF3 250Gb motherboard and am using the onboard NIC to connect to the internet via Cox as my ISP. Whenever I sign onto a page with lots of images, such as www.espn.com or www.ebay.com, the internet more or less disconnects itself. I get disconnected and have to resign on to AOL Instant Messenger, and the page starts loading.

I have to go into the "Network Connections" folder, find my connection, and hit the repair button. I'm confused because the internet works fine in gaming and normal browsing, but whenever I go to a page with lots of images I the internet screws up.

Is this a problem with the motherboard, or is this something I need to talk to Cox about?

Check out this site there is a patch down the page a bit called dnscache or something close to that it may help you out.But even if it dosnt there are alot of good patches to help your connection on this site.Good luck.
