chipset fan problems

everytime i turn on my comp the chipset fan makes this loud whining noise. i checked it and the fan i barely spinning at all and it looks kind of wobbly. could this cause any problems? my mobos temp is 38C is that normal?

does it stop after awhile? one of my comps does it for a few minutes then it stops.

The motors burning out. Mine stays between 27C (winter) and 34C (summer).

Look into replacing it, the chipset fan is something that if broken or about to die, you would want to replace ASAP. Call your mobo tech support and ask if the warranty covers it.

I'd still replace it, chipset fans aren't something to procrastinate with.
