Dual Channel

Ok.... um probably another stupid question but say i had 2 sticks of this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?item=N82E16820146545 could i run it in dual channel. And... Dual channel is when the ram works as one rite like usin the 2 1gig sticks as 1 2 gig stick making the ram run faster?

Yes that pair will work with a dual channel compatible motherboard. Dual channel works like HT does with intel processors. More lanes for more bandwidth.

not exactly. dual channel just has double the bandwidth. yeah that should run dual channel.
