i am helping my aunt out she has a canon faxphone L75 and here is the problem it is not recongizing the printer.the printer is online but this message comes up here is the message that comes up "the print job failed to complete. reason unable to commuincate with this device.please make sure that this device is connected and properly functioning" everything is hooked up right. i have checked many times and tried many different usb ports what can i do to fix this problem.
