I am upgrading to two gigs of RAM for christmas. I already have one gig of ram (ULTRA DDR400). The timings on it are 2.5-3-3-8 (its not the best set of ram). Should I find a pair of ram that matches those timing s exactly or should I just match the CAS latency. I would like to get a good second gig of RAM but I know im going to be limited by the proformace of my first pair. Any suggestions on which set I should get ?

as long as the ram you get doesn't have higher timings.
