New mobo for friend/need oppinons.

My friends mobo is acting weird, and he wants to replace it. He is looking for a cheap one. Needs to be..

Atleast 3 ddr ram slots(3200 is good)
P4 socket 478.
Sata is preferred, not needed sense he has IDE drives.
Onboard audio is a huge, huge plus.
Onboard video not needed.
AGP 8x is fine, pci-e never hurts.



Price, around $70. This is what he gave me.

Need help with brands here, whats reputable.

Also, whats the difference between celeron/celeron D?
