Yes it comes with most Power supplies. One you posted is TT.

what's wrong with ThermalTake?

They sell their Power supplies at a much higher price then what they built it for, basically they use cheap components and the One I posted is much better.

The reason I ask is because the top of my case doesn't have a vent. Do I just flip the PSU upside down?

Ya the Fan on the PSU is susposed to go down anyways, not up.
