No, dude. The 6800, even if it unlocks to a 680gt, still has DDR RAM, the 6800GT has GDDR3 RAM. The 6800 will never own the 6800gt. But the 6800GS will own the 6800 ultra. You're being stupid. The 6800gs is SO much better than the 6800, and it overclocks like a mother, and you can easily get it to beat the 6800 ultra. you will be making s huge mistake if you get the 6800.

lol 003 the 6800 does have ddr3 i belive, and even if it didnt it will have faster timmings. and maybe he cannot afford the 6800gt. like he said 6600gt or 6800. and your 6800gt is not all that. i belive my x850xt would whoop up all over it. with default clocks i get 6289 in 3dmark05

... are you an idiot? no, the 6800 DOES NOT have GDDR3 RAM, it has regular DDR RAM, and it's 12 pipe. even if it were to unlock to 16 pipe and oc to 430 core, the 6800gt can also oc to 430 core. but this is all irrelevant because i was never talking about the 6800gt, i was talking about the 6800GS, which is only $199 on mwave. it has 12 pipes, and a 425mhz clock, with 1ghz gddr3 memory. it has been easily overclocking to 500mhz+/1.1GHz+ on stock cooling, and it beats a 6800 ultra like this. there are reviews of it that prove it, search google.

How do you unlock pixil pipelines I have an ATI X850XT AGP video card and it is reading at 12 pipelines and it should be 16.

That's a recertified card, NosBoost300! The only retail 6800GS on newegg costs $150.

Theyoyokid303: Why not considering a GeForce 7 series card? You can get a eVGA 7600GT for $130 (plus $20 rebate).
