Like if something goes wrong with the hardware , I believe safe mode and device manager is good enough to sort the problem out. Is there any built in windows or other special software that can track the software problem?
Now I am having a problem that I cannot remove software like AOL from Add/Remove programs in the windows. I delete it from my computer>c:>programs>aol here I delete the whole things but it doesn't get out permenantly. Actually I am looking for the software diagonastic tool. Thanks in advance.
