with the modstream, you can take the wires out of the PSU that you don't need. it's handy if you want the insides of your PC cleaner.

and OCZ makes some of the best PSU's. they're very stable, so voltages don't move around

there's the 450W one, which is less expensive. it can actually output up to 550W under load

I am getting the DFI Lanparty Ultra-D mobo. dfi has an awesome forum with so much help available if you need any. I will also be OCing and alot of people have recomended the DFI boards.

What Kraut suggested is good, but the MSI K8N Neo4-F will definately be okay too. It just doesn't offer as many features as most the dfi boards do.
I have the msi k8n and I love it.
