those boards have PCI-E 16X slots. I'd strongly recommend you do get PCI-E 16X, because:
1. you can get the 7800 GT
2. you can get future PCI-E cards
3. if you upgrade your CPU and maybe motherboard, you probabbly won't have to upgrade the video card also
