They are all good motherboards. Some might say, "Don't get Asus 939 boards because they are buggy." I wouldn't say that though. The MSI board is good - although the premium board has more features.

It all depends on what you want to do.

Overclocking? I wouldn't go with any of those boards. DFI for OCin'

SLI? Are you planning on ever using it?

Then I wouldn't put the money into a SLI board. ASUS makes solid boards not really known for their ocing, but for their reliability. The ASUS A8N-E will do you just fine.

Or the MSI K8N Neo4- Platinum - I've used that board a few times for mid-end builds. Lot's of nice features... Solid, easy to set up. It's layed out nicely too.

Cons: It's not X2 ready... And I haven't seen a BIOS update for it to be compatible either.
