Looking for 200mw to 500mw wifi card for dekstop & laptop

Where can I get a 200mw to 500mw wifi card desktop & laptop looking for a card for each. Looking for decent priced cards & which one do you guys reccommond.

how about a 100mw card that has a MMCX jack on it?

cisco aironet 350 pcmcia
and for the desktop, just find the desktop PCI version, or just get the pcmcia and throw it into a PCMCIA->PCI interface.

why not 100mw and a kickass antenna?

IMO a 100mw card with external antenna will kick a 200mw cards ass with no antenna.
