Need a little help picking mobo

need a little help on picking which mobo to go with. right now it looks like i will hopefully going with the AMD 64X2 4800. this computer will be used for just about everything, including alot of gaming. i have been up way to long and dont have the patience to search through, compare, look at other mobos and their "features". ive looked through quiet a few and any help or suggestions would be appreciated

yes DFI nF4 ultra-D if you dont need SLI

MSI K8N NEO4-F if you dont need SLI or super overclocking abilities or your just a beginner and scared at OC'ing

DFI NF4 SLI-DR expert if you are going to OC and need SLI

after looking at a few im thinking either

Asus A8N SLI Deluxe
or
MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum SLI

im leaning more towards the Asus
